We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Our delivery options are broken into 3 tiers depending on distance from our shop. They are as follows:

Collection: (for in-store purchases only)

In store non PDI collection – You can come in and simply collect your machine for no added cost but it will not be subject to a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) and not contain or come with any fluids (can be purchased separately)

In store PDI collection – If you choose to collect in store and have the machine subject to a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) we will unbox the machine, check for any damage, put any fluids in the machine it may need, start the machine and test to make sure it’s running properly and safely before releasing it to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, in the event any damage is done to the product by you if removed from packaging then we may give only a partial refund less the costs of repair.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: –
