Correct scarifying and verti-cutting will let the lawn breathe again. The Cub Cadet XC1 B40 will bring the right power to remove this thatch so that sunlight, air and water can reach the soil and roots again.
The XC1 B40 features blades and springs, which allows for two functions in one machine: scarifying and verti-cutting.
The CCV40B has 17 flail double springs. This combination allows for two functions in one machine – aerating and verti-cutting.
To aerate the soil of your garden, use the higher position with a gentle touch of the blades and springs on the surface of the soil. If there is the need to verti-cut, use a deeper position of the blades and springs which allows a more aggressive action on the surface.
The height of the machine can be changed easily centrally with the height adjuster.
