Gold Service Package (Domestic use only)

Annual service plan for warranty period of machine.

Price includes one annual service as below:-

All engine service parts (air, oil, fuel filters, spark plugs etc)
All belts & blades (replacement or sharpening)
Gearbox/hydraulic oil & filter changes-where applicable.
Labour and machine cleaning.
Detailed explanation of work carried out.
Any warranty repairs.

Does not include:-
Part failure due to abuse or neglect by operator.
Repair of damage caused to machine by operator-any extra parts & labour will be chargeable.
Collection and delivery

NOTE- We will advise you if either of above conditions occur.

Silver and Bronze Service Packages (Domestic use only).

Annual service plan for warranty period of machine
Price includes one annual service as below:-

All engine service parts (air, oil, fuel filters etc)
Gearbox oil changes ( where applicable)
Blade sharpening
Labour and machine cleaning
Any warranty repairs
Does not include:-
Any consumable parts other than engine service items – if required these will be chargeable (unless covered by warranty).
Part failure due to abuse or neglect by operator.
Repair of damage caused to machine by operator-any extra parts & labour will be chargeable
Collection and delivery

Service Package Terms & Conditions

Annual Service
The package prices are for domestic use only based on one annual service each year for the warranty period of the machine.

Extended Warranty
In most cases our equipment manufacturers will only honour extended warranty if the product is serviced annually.

Collection & Delivery
Collection and delivery will be chargeable(depending on distance) ask for details.

Domestic warranty periods (parts & labour included).

All of the website products that we supply come with a minimum of 12 months warranty from the
date of purchase.
We offer a range of service packages,tailored to your needs,that include extended manufacturer's
warranties.

NOTE: - most of the products we supply require an annual service to extend the warranty period.

* Denotes annual service required to extend warranty period.

NOTE: - The warranty period starts from date of purchase.

Warranty terms
Warranty will cover main components e.g engine,transmission,chassis,cutterdeck etc and
manufacturing defects.However it will not cover consumable items such as belts,blades,filters,
lubricants etc or damaged/broken components through abuse or neglect by the operator.
